They are committed to providing high-quality wildlife and nature experiences while promoting sustainable conservation practices. The Game Ranger will support daily game reserve operations, including guiding guests on trails, monitoring wildlife, and assisting with maintenance. The role involves educating visitors, ensuring safety, and contributing to the overall conservation efforts. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct guided game drives and walking trails * Assist with wildlife monitoring and tracking * Maintain trails, equipment, and general camp facilities * Implement first aid and safety procedures when required * Support visitor engagement with educational talks on wildlife and conservation * Conduct track and sign identification and reporting * Assist senior rangers with operational tasks * Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations * Record and report sightings and incidents * Maintain professional conduct with guests at all times * Support photographic and birding experiences for guests Key Attributes: * Passion for wildlife and conservation * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Reliable and responsible with safety awareness * Observant and attentive to detail * Team-oriented and eager to learn Requirements: * FGASA NQF4 (Field Guide) qualification * First Aid Level 1 * Track and sign identification * General maintenance skills * Code B & PDP driver’s licence * Fluent in English and Afrikaans * Photography, birding, or trail guiding experience advantageous Remuneration:Basic Salary: R10 000 Accommodation: Yes, Unfurnished Onsite accommodation \*\*\*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted\*\*\*\ Fouche & Co Recruitment Recruiter
