Medical - Medical Professions Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Facilitate training, orientation and induction of temporary nursing staff * Support and guide agency nurses working in private hospital environments * Conduct hospital visits and engage with Unit Managers to identify training and support needs * Monitor clinical standards, conduct and professional performance * Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to staff training and compliance * Attend relevant clinical meetings and engage at the clinical interface * Assist with maintaining the nursing staff database and compliance records * Promote ongoing professional development and best clinical practice Minimum Requirements ✔ Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse and Midwife ✔ Diploma or Degree in Nursing Education ✔ Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience ✔ Minimum 2 years Private Hospital experience ✔ ICU experience advantageous ✔ Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport ✔ Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills   Key Competencies * Clinical credibility and professional presence * Ability to mentor and guide nursing staff * Strong organisational and planning ability * Ability to build positive relationships with hospital management * Professional judgement and attention to detail Jordan Human Resources Recruiter
