Trade/Artisans/Technical - Telecommunication Johannesburg FULL TIME Job Summary Our client in the Telecommunications industry is looking for an On-Site UC (Unified Communications) Engineer Key responsibilities • Management of client Skype for Business deployment • Polycom On-premise VC Infrastructure monitoring, management and scheduling • UC/AV First Line Support and conference assistance for all users, nationally. • Troubleshooting and repairing of faulty solutions • Management of all Boardrooms, including AV and VC equipment • Implementation, testing and monitoring of Proof of Concept deployments • All reporting required from the client • Responding to calls logged by users • Providing remote/telephonic support • Review, understand and enforce all policies and procedures outlined in Health and safety policy Requirements • Grade 12 certificate • Skype for Business implementation qualifications and provable track record.
