You don't need prior Workday experience—they will cross-train you. If you've built integrations or data pipelines using APIs, ETL/iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services), or have strong software/data engineering fundamentals and want to specialise in Workday, this role is for you. What You'll Do: * Deliver integrations end-to-end: requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and support using Workday technologies * Build reliable data flows to and from Finance systems (SFTP/API/event-driven), handling transforms (JSON, XML, CSV), mappings, and error handling/retries * Author secure, compliant designs with appropriate authentication (OAuth/SAML), secrets management, logging, monitoring, and alerting * Test thoroughly and support user acceptance testing; maintain migration/runbooks for environments * Operate & support integrations post-go-live: triage incidents, fix defects, and optimise performance/throughput * Document clearly: technical specs, sequence/flow diagrams, support guides, and knowledge transfer materials Experience and Expertise: Essential: Manpower Group Recruiter
