Job Summary
Role Overview
The Junior Support Agent will be the first line of defence for the companies document management and process automation ecosystem, as well as the company Print management software packages that are sold to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Tier 1 Support (Initial triage of the support request)
* Tier 1 Troubleshooting
* System Maintenance
* System Updates
Technical Requirements (Must-Haves) – Min 3 years’ experience
* SQL Knowledge (Microsoft SQL) PostgreSQL is an Advantage. Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and above
* Basic Web Technologies Familiarity with HTML/CSS and an introductory understanding of JavaScript for client-side form logic.
* Basic understanding of AI and Natural Language Prompts
* Technical Troubleshooting skills. The ability to do basic problem-solving.
* Windows Environment experience. Navigating Windows Server environments and managing basic IIS (Internet Information Services) settings. Windows Server 2016 and above
* Windows Desktop Environment Experience: Navigating Windows Desktop environments and managing basic services and software packages.
* Basic Networking skills: Familiar with how a network is set up and configured.
Advantages Requirements:
* A Basic understanding of APIs and how data moves between different software platforms.
* Experience with Regular Expressions (RegEx) for data validation and pattern matching.
* Knowledge of document management and workflow technologies.
* MAC OS Environment experience with navigating and managing basic Services
* Linux OS Environment experience with navigating and managing basic services and applications.
