Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Support team with administrative and system-related tasks
Set up and customise client reports and templates (formatting, layouts, branding)
Ensure consistency in fonts, structure, and presentation across reports
Support new client onboarding processes within internal systems
Assist with general admin and documentation tasks
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy (non-negotiable)
Good organisational and administrative skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
Freight / Logistics Exposure Advantageous
Exposure to the freight/logistics industry is advantageous
Willingness to learn and grow within a support environment
