Manufacturing - Other Manufacturing Eastern Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Minimum Qualifications: * Grade 12 (Matric) * Trade Qualification in Corrugated Board Printing and Finishing Machine Minding Requirements & Experience: * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating printing machinery * Strong understanding of machine operations, equipment control, and IoT systems * Computer literacy: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or internal systems * Good verbal and written communication skills in English * Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team * Knowledge of ink viscosity and colour matching essential The ideal candidate must be: * Willing and able to work shifts and overtime when required * Proactive, responsible, and reliable * Capable of working independently * Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality Key Responsibilities: * Operate and set up printing machines according to production requirements * Ensure adherence to all quality, safety, and environmental standards within the organisation * Comply with ISO procedures and contribute to a safe working environment * Review and assess work orders to understand production needs * Ensure the final product meets customer specifications and expectations * Maintain high housekeeping standards within the department * Update and maintain relevant in-house systems daily * Actively participate in improving machine availability by following preventive maintenance procedures Staff Solutions Recruiter
