Engineering - Engineering Management Middelburg FULL TIME Job Summary Responsibilities: * Ensure full compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act and all applicable legislation * Manage and coordinate all engineering maintenance and capital projects on site * Ensure availability, reliability, and optimal performance of all equipment and infrastructure * Oversee engineering budgets, cost control, and resource planning * Lead and manage engineering teams and contractors to achieve operational targets * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency * Implement and maintain effective risk management and safety standards * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support operational objectives * Establish and maintain electrical and water reticulation systems on site Key Competencies: * Strong leadership and people management skills * Sound technical and problem-solving ability * Good planning, organising, and decision-making skills * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills * High level of accountability and attention to detail Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
