Engineering - Engineering Management Northam FULL TIME Job Summary Minimum Requirements * Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines * Minimum 5 years underground mining experience * At least 2 years in a supervisory role (Shift Boss level) * Strong knowledge of underground mining operations and safety standards * Good leadership and communication skills Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate underground mining activities during the shift * Ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) * Monitor production targets and ensure they are achieved * Enforce safety standards and procedures underground * Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments * Lead and manage underground teams, including miners and operators * Ensure proper communication between shifts and departments * Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Advantageous Experience in platinum mining Trackless mining experience Remuneration A competitive market-related salary package will be offered Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
