Key responsibilities 1. Comply with FAIS Regulation * Comply with Marketing Sales Administration manual in accordance with legislative, industry and regulatory body requirements * Screen and select candidates effectively and efficiently * Comply with FIT and Proper requirements for new recruitments * Update appointments and terminations on the FSB list within required time frame * Conduct yearly accreditations on products, legislations, code of conduct and FIT and Proper status * Maintain record keeping (scanning and filing system) on all intermediaries 1. Assist with validation on appointments of Representatives * Assist pre-approvals of new appointments (Criminal, ITC, Fit & Proper Requirements & FSB Register) of representatives * Scan and save contracts and code of conducts of representatives on server * Update in-house systems 1. Comply with Supervision Processes * Compile and distribute welcome pack, supervision files to Sales team 1.
