Key responsibilities * Processing of Orders/Quotes/Invoices and dealing with emails. * Assisting all walk-in clients. * Working as a team player alongside your product consultant. * Daily Courtesy calling and Upselling. * Stock ordering from HQ (Johannesburg) on a weekly basis (draw up stock lists). * Stock checking/counting once received. Requirements * Good communications skills including telephone/ email etiquette. * Must be computer literate. * Background in customer relations and sales experience beneficial. * Bio kineticist, or Human Movement Science beneficial. * Knowledge with regards to products sold to the Physio, Chiro, Bio an advantage. * Accounting practices also a must.
