Job Summary
Administrator / Coordinator
Location: Durban, South Africa
Our client in the financial industry is looking for an Administrator / Coordinator.
Specific Responsibilities
* Logistics Coordination
* Schedule transport for collections & deliveries
* Maintain and update inventory records and location of goods
* Other related logistics & administration duties as assigned
* Office Administration
* Assist with reception / PA function (answer incoming calls, schedule appointments)
* Administration of office consumables and facilities maintenance
* Internal Sales
* Follow up on routine sales with existing customers / suppliers
* Convert new enquires into sales of standard products
General Responsibilities
* Protect and promote the business and interests of the company, to preserve its reputation and goodwill
* A can-do attitude and willingness to bring positive energy to any situation
* Other duties and responsibilities may need to be performed from time to time during employment with the company, based on its operational requirements. A job title does not define or restrict duties and responsibilities, and other work may be required, within one's abilities at the request of the company
* After-hours work as and when required
Requirements
* Relevant experience in business administration and logistics
* Highly computer literate
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Tertiary qualification in supply chain management or business administration (advantageous)
