Tourism/Hospitality - Other Tourism/Hospitality Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, tiling, etc.) * Conduct routine inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities * Attend to maintenance requests from guests and management promptly * Maintain swimming pool, garden areas, and exterior spaces (if applicable) * Ensure all equipment and tools are kept in good working condition * Perform preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and disruptions * Report major faults or safety hazards to management * Assist with setup for events or functions where required * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Minimum Requirements * Proven experience in general maintenance (hotel/guesthouse experience advantageous) * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repairs * Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently * Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks * Own transport (preferred due to location) * Ability to work flexible hours when required To apply, please send your CV with your salary expectations to ilana@personastaff.co.za is POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013) compliant, all personal information is protected according to legislation.
