Engineering - Engineering Management Gauteng FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities:   Site Supervision & Coordination * Assist the Site Supervisor / Project Manager with daily site operations * Supervise subcontractors and installation teams on-site * Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications * Monitor daily progress and report on site activities Quality Control * Check installation quality of aluminium frames, glass panels, and façade systems * Ensure correct materials and components are used * Report defects or snags and ensure they are resolved Health & Safety * Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act) * Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices * Identify and report hazards on-site * Assist with toolbox talks and safety briefings Planning & Logistics * Assist with planning daily tasks and labour allocation * Coordinate material deliveries and ensure correct quantities on-site * Monitor stock usage and report shortages Documentation & Reporting * Keep daily site reports and progress updates * Record attendance of workers and subcontractors * Assist with maintaining site documentation and safety file Client & Team Communication * Liaise with site management, contractors, and internal teams * Escalate issues or delays to senior supervisors * Maintain professional communication on-site Riseup Management Recruiter
