FMCG - FMCG Retail Pietermaritzburg FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities: * Clean and maintain store floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing * Ensure all windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors are clean and streak-free * Dust, wipe, and sanitize shelves, displays, and fixtures * Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and outside premises * Empty bins and ensure proper waste disposal in line with company standards * Clean and sanitize high-touch areas regularly (e.g. door handles, counters) * Report any maintenance issues or damages to management * Ensure cleaning equipment is used correctly and stored safely * Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times. Minimum Requirements: * Grade 12 (Matric) * Minimum of 1–2 years’ housekeeping/cleaning experience within a retail environment * Good understanding of cleaning procedures and products * Physically fit and able to perform manual duties * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good time management and reliability.
