Job Summary
Role: PA / Secretary
Location: Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape
Salary: TBC
What the role involves:
* Managing diaries and appointments efficiently.
* Handling administrative tasks including FICA documentation, invoices, estates, deeds, and general office correspondence.
* Interacting with clients, many of whom are senior, with respect, patience, and professionalism.
* Taking initiative to solve problems and ensure smooth office operations.
* Supporting Liquidation and Distribution accounts would be a bonus.
* Contributing to the growth of the practice by assisting with PA functions as needed.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong command of the English language and excellent presentation skills.
* Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and organised.
* Financially literate and comfortable working with numbers.
* Confident yet soft-spoken, able to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
* Proactive, resourceful, and capable of thinking ahead.
* Experience in a legal, administrative, or secretarial role is preferred.
