Job Summary
Role: Office Admin / PA
Location: ? Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing payroll administration
* Handling UIF and PAYE processing
* Submitting VAT returns across multiple companies
* Managing CIPC administration
* Conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing parcels to ensure accuracy and standards are met
* Preparing professional presentations in PowerPoint and maintaining Excel reports
* Supporting the Owner with general PA duties
What we’re looking for:
* + Proven experience in administration, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
+ Proficiency in SAGE, PowerPoint, and Excel
+ Strong interpersonal skills – you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team
+ A mature and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and quality
+ Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
