The role includes oversight of finance processes, supporting management decisions, and coordinating financial and administrative functions. Requirements: * BCom Accounting or equivalent. * Professional accounting designation (SAIPA, CIMA, AGA, or similar). * Experience in financial accounting, reporting, and internal control environments. * Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate finance and support staff effectively. * Knowledge of IFRS, VAT, PAYE, corporate tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
