Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Remote (South Africa preferred)
Compensation: $1,200-1500/month base + commission (based on qualified meetings)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday with U.S. hours overlap during 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET
Role Overview
This role owns the top-of-funnel sales process, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, and booking discovery calls for the founder. You are not responsible for closing deals—your success is measured by the number of qualified meetings booked and attended, and the accuracy of CRM data.
South African candidates are strongly preferred due to native-level English fluency, which resonates well with U.S. (Midwest) prospects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospecting: Research and build targeted lists of dental practice owners
* Outbound Outreach: Execute 50+ daily touchpoints via email, LinkedIn, and text
* Lead Qualification: Engage prospects and assess fit based on defined criteria
* Meeting Booking: Schedule qualified, attended discovery calls on the founder’s calendar
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date pipeline data
* Reporting: Provide daily activity summaries and weekly performance insights
Success Metrics
* Minimum 50+ outreach touchpoints daily
* Consistent flow of qualified, attended meetings
* 100% CRM accuracy with no stale or incomplete data
* Timely daily and weekly reporting
Ideal Candidate
* 2 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation
* Excellent written English (native or near-native preferred)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-managed
* Comfortable using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting
* Persistent, professional, and disciplined in follow-ups
Bonus: familiarity with the dental industry, digital marketing agencies, or B2B services
