Duties and Responsibilities:
We’re hiring a high-agency Marketing Manager / Growth & Operations Generalist to act as a key partner to the founder.
This is a hybrid role combining:
* Strategy (thinking, planning, improving)
* Execution (getting work done, driving projects forward)
* Operations (bringing structure and consistency)
You will help turn ideas into execution, manage workflows, improve systems, and contribute directly to client outcomes.
This is not a basic assistant role. We’re looking for someone who can think, take ownership, and operate with minimal hand-holding.
Strategy & Growth Support
* Develop content and creative strategies for DTC brands
* Write clear, actionable briefs for ads, campaigns, and creative production
* Support audits of brands (ads, websites, funnels) and identify improvement opportunities
* Help plan landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys (wireframes, structure, messaging)
* Act as a thought partner on marketing strategy and execution
Operations & Project Management
* Own and maintain Notion task boards across multiple clients
* Ensure all deliverables are assigned, tracked, and completed on time
* Bring structure to fast-moving projects and reduce chaos
* Manage timelines, priorities, and workflows across the team
* Turn ideas and discussions into clear, trackable action items
Reporting & Analysis
* Pull and organize data from Shopify, Meta Ads, and internal dashboards
* Assist in building weekly performance summaries
* Highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities
Creative & Execution Support
* Write first drafts of briefs, hooks, scripts, and messaging
* Collaborate with designers and editors to execute creative
* Perform light creative QA (formatting, messaging, links, quality control)
* Assist with light design tasks (Canva, resizing, iterations)
* Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and execution
Systems & Organization
* Organize Google Drive assets and maintain clean file structures
* Set up and manage Slack channels and internal documentation
* Build SOPs from workflows and improve internal systems
* Support onboarding processes with templates and checklists
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (accent is okay)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Industry: direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands, ideally small and fast-growing companies
Required Experience
* 3+ years in marketing, growth, operations, or a similar role
* Experience in marketing, growth, creative strategy, brand strategy, eCommerce, DTC, or a similar role
* Strong ability to create briefs, strategic recommendations, and client-facing or internal deliverables
* Experience supporting or leading work across content, creative, websites, or conversion-focused projects
* Strong understanding of what makes good creative and compelling digital experiences
* Experience working with DTC/eCommerce brands (preferred)
* Strong project management and task-tracking ability
* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive
* Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in real workflows
Nice to Have
* Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, or TikTok ads
* Basic understanding of conversion optimization and funnels
* Ability to create wireframes or landing page structures
* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Asana, or similar tools
* Strong creative judgment (what good ads/content look like)
