Employer: Helderberg Personnel cc A very well-established concern within the construction industry is seeking to employ an accurate, organised and experienced Creditors Clerk.The ideal candidate will have a Minimum Matric with Mathematics as a subject (Accounting would be an added advantage) coupled with at least 4 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk in a related construction / tool hiring / building materials environment.A tertiary qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage. Main responsibilities will include: * Processing creditors and codes * Creditors reconciliations * Managing creditors documentation, credits and discounts * Preparations of creditors, supplier and overhead payment * General office administration. Requirements: * Minimum: Matric with Maths as a subject (Accounting would be an added advantage) * Min 4 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk in a related construction / tool hiring / building materials environment. * A tertiary qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage. * Fully computer literate – Ms Excel and prior experience on a computerised accounting package, preferably BuildSmart. * Accurate, meticulous and organised. * Stay in close proximity of Stellenbosch.
