Roles and Responsibilities (As required)
+ Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, setting up and conducting interviews.
+ Prepare employment documentation and support new employees by arranging IT and office equipment, issuing offer letters and contracts, and facilitating onboarding and induction.
+ Act as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, engagement, and leave balance monitoring.
+ Assist with disciplinary procedures, grievance processes, and employee relations matters.
+ Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
+ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
+ Ensure strict confidentiality of all employee information.
+ Coordinate training and development initiatives, including maintaining training records,managing internships and learnerships in line with organisational and CETA SETA requirements.
+ Compile and submit WSP/ATR reports, mandatory and discretionary grant applications, oversee the internship recruitment and appointment process, and provide ongoing reporting, monitoring, and feedback sessions with CETA SETA.
+ Facilitate the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
+ Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations in the workplace.
