RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for the overall efficient running of the Restaurant (operations, financial, hygiene and safety)
* To implement systems and plans as per the Restaurants policies and procedures
* Effective communication and management of all staff
* Support and coach restaurant staff as required
* Monitor progress against plans and take corrective action where necessary
* Ordering, Control and receiving of stock
* Effective scheduling of restaurant staff
* Managing controllable expenses
* Submitting of relevant reports
* Cash handling and banking
* Ensure customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints
