Key Responsibilities
+ Plan, schedule, and coordinate all internal and external training interventions across the organisation
+ Manage and maintain training records, attendance registers, learner files, and training matrices
+ Register learners with the relevant SETA(s) for accredited training programmes
+ Ensure all training documentation, protocols, and supporting evidence are compliant and audit‑ready
+ Coordinate and manage trainer schedules, training calendars, and venue logistics
+ Liaise with accredited providers, internal trainers, and stakeholders
+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with traffic colleges to facilitate Examiner and related regulatory courses
+ Support SETA administration, including submissions, uploads, reporting, and follow‑ups
+ Assist in ensuring ongoing SETA accreditation and compliance with quality assurance requirements
+ Compile training reports and presentations for management as required
+ Provide general administrative support to the HR Department as needed
