Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software). Excellent aesthetic judgment and creative flair. Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices is an advantage.   Work Environment: Primarily on-site at hotels, resorts, or lodges, with occasional office-based planning. May require travel to suppliers, trade shows, or other hospitality sites. Involves working in coordination with multiple departments and contractors.
