FMCG - FMCG Wholesale Ladysmith FULL TIME R40 000,00 - R50 000,00 (PER MONTH) Negotiable On-site Job Summary An opportunity exists for an experienced DESPATCH MANAGER within a FMCG cold chain operation, responsible for overseeing warehouse, fridges, and outbound distribution activities, based in Northern KZN. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, time-sensitive dispatch of perishable goods, aligned to production and logistics schedules. • Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Warehouse Management (advantageous) • 5–8+ years’ FMCG warehouse/dispatch experience • 3+ years’ experience managing large teams (100+ staff advantageous) • Strong stock control and inventory management experience • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP / Mosaic / Similar) • Advanced Excel and reporting capability • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments • Understanding of cold chain and perishable goods handling • Stable employment history required • Traceable & contactable references • Local residency or relocation required • Submit CV (Word / PDF) Ref # (TRG 2474).
