This role is ideal for a property specialist with over a decade of experience in Sectional Title and Homeowners’ Association (HOA) management who can hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities: * Comprehensive Portfolio Management: Oversee all aspects of a dedicated Sectional Title and HOA portfolio. * Legal Compliance: Ensure full adherence to the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA) and CSOS requirements. * Advisory & Liaison: Act as a strategic consultant to Trustees and Directors, attending meetings and providing expert guidance. * Financial Oversight: Manage the financial health of the schemes, including budget monitoring and financial reporting. Requirements: * Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in Sectional Title and HOA portfolio management. * Systems: Advanced proficiency in the WeConnectU system is a non-negotiable requirement. * Knowledge: Deep understanding of the STSMA and relevant property legislation. * Qualifications: Relevant property management certification or degree preferred. * Bilingual: Afrikaans and English Fluent (Must) * Travel: Must have own vehicle and license, and willing to travel for after hours meetings as and when needed (Overtime available) Ready to make a move? ?
