You will be responsible for leading geology and resource management activities, ensuring compliant exploration, planning, reporting, and effective team and contractor performance. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage resource and geology functions, including modelling, annual life-of-mine planning and data validation. * Oversee exploration programs, drilling campaigns, and greenfield/brownfield projects, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. * Manage permitting, government liaison and regulatory compliance for mining and exploration activities. * Coordinate Capex projects, contractor management and team performance for geology and resource operations. * Support strategic planning, reconciliations, and M&A or new project evaluations.
