They are looking for a sharp, proactive VA/Operations to act as the "backbone" of our daily business. This is a unique growth position; they don't need a seasoned manager on day one. They want someone who is hungry to learn, willing to mirror their leadership's every move, and ready to graduate into an Operations Manager role within the year. This role is for someone who understands that we are a logistics company that provides hospitality—where "speed to lead" and meticulous preparation are the difference between a successful event and a ruined birthday. Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage all inbound inquiries (calls, emails, inquiries) and accurately log details in the CRM promptly. * Maintain a clean and organized CRM with updated notes, contracts, reminders, and changes. * Ensure clear communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to maintain alignment. * Proactively identify and resolve potential issues (missing details, timing, access) before they escalate. Minimum Requirements: Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally) Experience: 3+ years of related experience  Industry: Background in hospitality, logistics, or service-based industries is a plus.
