Ensure timeous availability of equipment and spares for maximum uptime and compliance with regulatory standards Main Resposibilites 1. Ensure effective planning of the Slots Gaming area 2. Conduct gaming area inspections on a regular basis to ensure compliance and Slots games security 3. Determine optimum slots mix 4. Minimise EGM down-time and damage to equipment 5. Enforce all procedures, policies and gaming rules and regulations 6. Ensure the Technical department projects a professional image and maintains a high standard of customer service 7. Budget Management for the Technical Department 8. Control and co-ordinate shifts in order for the department to run effectively and efficiently 9. Manage all Human Resources related issues in the Technical Department
