Salary: $1,500 USD/month💸
Working hours: Our business hours are 7am-7:30pm Monday-Friday and 8-3pm Saturdays US Central Time. Candidates would be asked to work within those hours.🕘

Position Summary
The Customer Service position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales growth, retention, routing efficiency, and operational excellence. This position requires a deep understanding of our pest control services and strong customer communication skills🚀
Responsibilitites
* Responds to a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries and provides solutions to complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Answers billing, account-related, and service questions while scheduling services accurately.
* Performs follow-up with customers via phone, text, and email to ensure needs are met.
* Assists with responding to Technician Chat messages and Account Alerts.
* Upsells add-on services to both new and existing customers.
* Continuously pursues pest and rodent knowledge to better serve customers and support sales conversations.
* Schedules services and maintains and organizes routes to achieve the lowest possible drive time and optimal drive scores.
* Coordinates with fellow team mates to balance workloads and provide cross-coverage.
* Assists with maintaining accurate customer data across systems.
* Manages bi-weekly collections by contacting customers with outstanding balances via phone, email, and text.
* Performs a variety of additional tasks as assigned to support team success and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
* Excellent English proficiency; C1 level preferred 🌟.
* Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM for efficient communication.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and customer management software.
* Proven experience in customer service roles with a sales component, preferably for USA-based companies.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 🗣️💼.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for helping clients and achieving results 💪.
