The mission is to drive learner enrolment and retention by marketing the school effectively, managing the admission pipeline, and building strong relationships with prospective families and the community.Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:Marketing Strategy & Brand ManagementDevelop and implement a school marketing strategy aligned with enrolment targets Promote the school's brand, values, and unique offeringEnsure consistent branding across all platforms and materialsDigital MarketingManage the school website (content updates, admissions info, SEO basics)Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with regular, engaging contentRun digital campaigns (paid ads, email marketing, newsletter)Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns to improve reach and conversions Admission & Recruitment Manage the full admissions process from enquiry to enrolmentRespond promptly to enquiries and maintain a professional communication standard Conduct school tours and information session for prospective and learners Track leads and maintain a database of prospective families (CRM system if available)Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into enrolments.Events & PromotionsPlan and coordinate open days, expos, and school showcasesRepresent the school at community events, malls, and education firmsOrganize internal events that support marketing (e.g. sports days, cultural showcases)Community Engagement & PartnershipsBuild relationships with feeder schools, preschools, and community organizations Develop partnerships that enhance the school's visibilityEngage with parents and alumni as brand ambassadors Market Research & Reporting Monitor competitor schools and local education trendsProvide regular reports on enrolment numbers, market performance, and ROIRecommend strategies to improve enrolme...
Qualifications
* Diploma/Degree in marketing, communication, Public Relations, or similar
* Additional qualification in Education (advantageous but not essential)
* Fluent in English and Afrikaans
* Fully computer literate
* Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
Experience
* 3-5 years' experience in marketing, sales, or recruitment
* Experience in a school or education environment(highly advantageous)
* Proven track record in achieving sales/enrolment targets
Skills & Competencies
* Strong sales and relationship-building skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Digital marketing knowledge (social media, email marketing, basic analytics)
* Presentation and public speaking ability
* Highly organized with strong administrative skills
* Customer service-oriented approach
* Ability to work and meet targets
