Job Summary
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have an equivalent tertiary IT qualification.
Must have 2–4 years of experience in IT support with systems and network exposure.
Must have experience in first- and second-line end-user support.
Must have experience in desktop, endpoint, and user access administration (Active Directory exposure).
Must have experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and SNMP concepts.
Must have experience in backup verification, basic recovery, and incident escalation.
Must have experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
Must have experience with server, directory, and network monitoring tools.
Must have experience using service desk / ticketing systems.
