Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with HR experience to join a dynamic team based in
Brakpan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
• Creditors and debtors management
• Cash book processing and maintenance
• General ledger (GL) reconciliations
• Managing multiple companies/entities
• HR admin: employee records, leave tracking, payroll support
Minimum Requirements:
• Proven Bookkeeper experience
• Sage Accounting (non-negotiable)
• Multi-company experience
• Strong creditors, debtors & reconciliations knowledge
• HR exposure
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
Location: Brakpan (office-base)
