Closing Date: 08 April 2026 Location: Garden Route National Park, South Africa Duration: 12 months Stipend: R6,355.69 per month Reference Number: TNP12 About the Internship Programme This internship is offered within the Technical Services Department at Garden Route National Park and is designed to provide practical engineering-related experience in a conservation environment. Interns will gain exposure to: * Infrastructure maintenance * Construction and repairs * Environmental asset management * Public sector engineering operations This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to enter civil engineering or building-related careers. Minimum Requirements Applicants must have: * National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in: + Civil Engineering + OR Building Eligibility Criteria To qualify, you must: * Be a South African citizen * Be between 18 and 35 years old * Be unemployed * Have not previously participated in an internship programme * Have no permanent work experience * Be willing to relocate if required Preference will be given to Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDI/HDSA).
