Main Purpose:
As the National Distributor Manager, your primary role is to service, grow, and develop a national footprint of approved resellers and strategic partners for the distribution of the full Regal product portfolio. You are accountable for consistently achieving individual sales and product targets by driving structured, disciplined account management, reseller enablement, and market penetration.
The role requires a strong focus on building sustainable, long-term reseller relationships that drive both revenue growth and profitable sell-through. Targeted clientele will be focused on (but not limited to) value-added security, networking, hardware, solar, fencing, power, gate and garage, intercom, intrusion outlets, and aligned symbiotic business partners.
You will be expected to actively expand Regal’s reseller ecosystem, entrench Regal as a preferred distribution partner, and ensure consistent engagement, training, and commercial execution across your assigned base.
• Develop, refine, and articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition for the Regal Reseller Model
• Proactively canvas, research, qualify, target, and pitch to potential partner companies that meet defined reseller criteria
• Onboard new resellers in line with agreed approval processes and ensure clear commercial frameworks are in place
• Develop, maintain, and circulate distributor-focused price lists with defined margin structures, tiers, and rebate opportunities
• Represent Regal and its product brands professionally, consistently, and credibly in the market
• Actively promote relevant product ranges into targeted reseller segments to drive adoption and sell-through
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and gross margin targets as set by management
• Service, support, and develop existing reseller accounts to maximise Regal exposure, wallet share, and long-term retention
• Drive structured account plans for key resellers, including growth initiatives, penetration strategies, and corrective actions where required
• Conduct continuous product awareness sessions, training, and presentations to entrench Regal brands and improve reseller sales competence
• Identify, track, and report lost sales, pricing challenges, and missed opportunities to support informed commercial and stock decisions
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing dynamics within the reseller landscape
• Deliver a minimum of two Regal training courses per month, ensuring consistent reseller product knowledge and capability
• Maintain accurate reporting, pipeline visibility, and forecasting in line with management requirements
