Filing and maintenance of files and all documentation in personal files
Filing and printing of all salary related reports
Copying and filing of all returns
Checking and verifying personal details on the VIP system
Ensuring receipt of all salary related forms from staff with telephonic and / or e-mail follow up.
Administration of payslips
Assisting with the administration of overtime forms.
Administration of ‘off site’ storage for tax files
Handling of messages for the Salaries Department.
Assisting with advance / selling of leave forms and entering it on the system
Completing and checking the medical aid forms and liaison with the medical aid consultant
Assistance in parking bay allocation, completion of contracts and updating the system
Capturing of Stratum and liaison with Stratum with queries
Assisting with Sick Pay Fund claims and queries
Completing Stats SA info
Completing and submitting pension withdrawal/death claims
