Employer: South Cape Recruitment (Pty) Ltd Sales Consultant: Retail / FashionOur client in the high-end fashion industry (retail) is looking for a dynamic, stylish and high sales-driven individual who is passionate about fashion and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.The ideal candidate must be based in and / or around the surrounding areas, be flexible to work retail hours, including late trading during festive season.Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure that the store is clean and tidy and well presented at all timesMerchandising - ensure that the product is set up to best displayStock management - assist with receiving and ordering of stock as well as assist with new lines that the store receivesAssist with general store operations and administrationPromoting, marketing and upselling full range of productsWorking towards sales targetsExperience with high fashion such as Sissy Boy, Poetry, Old Khaki, etc.Maintain excellent client service driving return businessMaintain company policies and store procedures and Head Office guidelinesAny other ad hoc duties as required by management Qualifications: * Matric * Fluent in English and Afrikaans * Fully computer literate * 2-3 years minimum in retail / sales environment - top end Competencies: * Must have a love for fashion industry * Strong sales - Target Driven * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Self-motivated * Passionate about customer engagement * Personalised service to create a memorable shopping experience * Excellent communication * Must be well groomed, stylish and professional presentation * Positive, energetic attitude * Ability to work within a high-performing team * Maintaining the brands premium standards.
