Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our bridging finance team at www.webridge.co.za. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong partnerships with legal professionals (attorneys), driving new business acquisition, and managing an existing portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will spend significant time engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and positioning our finance solutions as a trusted offering within the legal sector. This is a hybrid role – 40% office-based and 60% at client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
+ Manage and nurture relationships with existing attorney clients
+ Conduct regular in-person visits to maintain engagement and strengthen partnerships
+ Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
+ Act as the primary point of contact for queries and support
+ Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Business Development
+ Identify, target, and on-board new attorney firms and legal professionals as clients and/or referral partners
+ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective new clients
+ Promote the company’s finance solutions to the legal sector
+ Develop and execute territory plans to drive growth
Reporting & Administration
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity
+ Provide regular feedback and reporting to management
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal flow and client experience
