The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the parts commercial business for UD and Isuzu commercial vehicles, ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability for UD and Isuzu commercial vehicles - Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure timely availability of parts - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms - Train and supervise parts department staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to parts sales and profitability - Work closely with the sales and service departments to optimize overall commercial vehicle operations - Stay current on industry trends and developments in commercial vehicle parts Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a parts management role for commercial vehicles - Strong understanding of commercial vehicle parts sales and inventory management - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions - Familiarity with UD and Isuzu commercial vehicles is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on the parts commercial business for UD and Isuzu commercial vehicles.
