Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and experienced Medical Receptionist / Finance Administrator to join our medical practice in Cape Town, Table View.Essential: competent & friendly, but professional
Key Responsibilities:
+ Front desk reception and patient communication
+ Processing medical aid claims (experience essential – Xero accounting software)
+ Invoicing, debtors, creditors and monthly statements
+ Bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping
+ Managing accounts using Xero accounting software
Requirements:
+ Previous experience in a medical or dental environment
+ Strong knowledge of medical aid claims processes with GoodX software
+ Proven experience with Xero and Goodx
+ Excellent organisational and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and accurately
+ Own Transport
