This role requires a strong understanding of internal audit principles, practices, and procedures in order to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Director in developing and implementing internal audit policies and procedures - Provide guidance and direction to internal audit staff in conducting audits and reviews - Review and analyze audit reports, findings, and recommendations for accuracy and completeness - Assist in the development of audit plans and risk assessments - Collaborate with other departments to identify and address areas of potential risk and non-compliance - Assist in the preparation of audit reports for senior management and the board of directors - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to internal audit Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification - Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role - Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, principles, and practices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as Deputy Director of Internal Audit Services.
