Introduction
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Admin clerk to join our fast-paced retail environment where every day is unique and interesting. The primary focus of the role is to effectively administer and provide support relating to the retail E-Commerce department.
Description
Providing excellent customer service through effective administration and support.
Key Duties
* To perform administrative duties within the department
* Obtain and update website and backend content
* Monitor and collaborate online activities, including fraudulent activities
* Layby and Credit applications
* Deal with customer in a customer centric manner
* Effective self-management and teamwork
Minimum requirements
* Grade 12
* 7 – 12 Months administrative experience preferably in Retail
Competencies
* Basic Retail Knowledge
* Knowledge of relevant systems
* Content management System (Magento preferably)
* Customer/Vendor administration exposure in a Retail environment
* Attention to detail
