Must have 3-5 yrs exp. sales admin./understand sales/provided customer service to clients in supermarkets/ensured sufficient/appropriate stock available in store. Lead/motivated a team of Telesellers to meet/exceed sales targets/monitored call quality/provided coaching/managing clients/ performances. Initiate sales plans according to co. strategies/implement/ monitor rate of sale ordering SOPs /ensure all items listed for the stores are on order/comply with co. rules/SOPs on ordering/monitoring stock/all scheduled stores/supermkts have placed their orders for the day/the delivery days for the stores/DC’s are aligned. Supervise the Telesales teams/coordinate the daily activities/regularly initiate training. Ensure all Telesales have their monthly/weekly targets/have a promotion schedule/have planned the day ahead of calling/ update their customer files timeously/accurately invoice sales. Ensure route files updated daily/customers’ detail on file always correct/ pricing correct on all invoices/perform weekly/monthly route reviews/track performance. Must maintain attendance/time keeping records/report abnormalities to Manager/seek sales opportunities/ monitor/report competitor activity. Ensure observance co.codes of conduct/values/ ethics/ compliance with co. policies/SOPs/dress code.Ensure participation in sales team efforts/self-development through participation in training.
