Pretoria based company is looking for a motivated and well-organised Office Administrator with experience in the construction industry and project management support to join our team.
Requirements:
• Experience in office administration (construction industry preferred)
• Basic understanding of project management processes
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Experience with finance/admin (invoicing, quotes, basic bookkeeping)
• Good communication and client liaison skills
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, emails)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Duties:
• General office administration
• Assisting with project management coordination
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and teams
• Handling quotes, invoices, and basic financial admin
• Scheduling and tracking project progress
