Must have strong food/ produce production processing knowledge/proven technical knowledge of canning/bottling processes/ machinery/quality control/working knowledge of HACCP/FSSC 22000/ISO 9001/ISO 18000/related standards/advanced troubleshooting skills/determining causes of operating errors.
