Engineering - Other Engineering Pretoria CONTRACT Hybrid Job Summary Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security or Computer Science Must have CCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent industry-recognized security certifications CCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent industry-recognized security certifications. Must have 6 - 8 years of Network Security engineering experience. Must have proven experience managing and maintaining enterprise-grade security infrastructure. Must have demonstrated expertise in incident response, threat mitigation, and vulnerability remediation. Must have experience working within regulated environments and adhering to cybersecurity standards such as ISO/IEC 27002. Must have In-depth knowledge of network protocols, Cisco firewall configurations, and perimeter defense technologies. Must have a strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and the ability to assess, remediate, and mitigate risks across cloud and on-premise environments. Must have hands-on experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), DDoS protection tools, SIEM platforms, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
