About the WIL Programme The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement programme is designed to give unemployed graduates practical workplace experience, which is often required to complete their qualification and transition into employment. This programme is especially important for NCV graduates who still need workplace exposure. * Total Positions Available: 16 learners * Target Group: Unemployed NCV Level 4 graduates from Buffalo City TVET College * Age Requirement: 18–35 years Who Should Apply?
