Employer: Hire Resolve Description: Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Resource Geology Manager to join their mining company based in Gauteng. You will be responsible for leading geology and resource management activities, ensuring compliant exploration, planning, reporting, and effective team and contractor performance. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage resource and geology functions, including modelling, annual life-of-mine planning and data validation. * Oversee exploration programs, drilling campaigns, and greenfield/brownfield projects, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. * Manage permitting, government liaison and regulatory compliance for mining and exploration activities. * Coordinate Capex projects, contractor management and team performance for geology and resource operations. * Support strategic planning, reconciliations, and M&A or new project evaluations.
