Employer: Ntice Search A Mining house based in Central Africa is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a 2yr Contract period Duties: * Manage the Smelter Human Resources department * Function as an HR subject matter expert Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in human resources or an equivalent qualification * Must have at least 8-10 years' experience as an HR Generalist and Business Partner, preferably within a mining or smelter environment in a multinational company * At least 4 years of proven management experience * Knowledge of French and Swahili would be advantageous
